Dr. Ipsita is the visionary founder of Bihang PDC and a highly experienced senior occupational therapist. With over a decade of dedicated experience in paediatric rehabilitation, she brings deep clinical knowledge and hands-on expertise to every case the centre takes on, personally overseeing assessments and reviewing therapy plans.
Pratap is the co-founder of Bihang PDC and a serial entrepreneur with a background spanning both engineering and management. Alongside Dr. Ipsita Behera, he brings more than two decades of combined clinical and business experience to the centre.
He leads the business, operations and infrastructure side of Bihang PDC - building the systems, partnerships and world-class facilities that let the clinical team focus entirely on delivering the best possible outcomes for every child.
