Meet the founding team
Bihang child development center (Bihang PDC) is founded by senior occupational therapist Dr. (Mrs) Ipsita Behera, BOT, MOT (SVNIRTAR, Cuttack) and serial entrepreneur Mr. Pratap Behera ( Alumni of IIM Lucknow & NIT Trichy). Together they bring in more than 2 decades of experience in both clinical and business aspect.
